Project Description
The Eastern Lake Ontario Multi-Species Array [ELOMA] is a collaborative acoustic framework used to monitor the movement of various aquatic species inhabiting the Eastern Basin of Lake Ontario, the Bay of Quinte, and the St. Lawrence River. The ELOMA is maintained by the Freshwater Fisheries Conservation Lab at Queen’s University and the Lake Ontario Management Unit of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
